Half-day Mediation
$650 per party

Full-day Mediation
$1300 per party

The mediation fees listed above include the mediation session and include preparation time to review a reasonable amount of materials. Some cases may involve review of voluminous materials and/or pre-mediation meetings. In those instances, the mediator reserves the right to request additional fees, but will do so only with the agreement with the involved party(ies). For matters requiring travel of 200 miles or more, a surcharge will be included for purposes of defraying the travel costs incurred. This will typically be the estimated travel miles times the allowable IRS rate. Any additional costs will be disclosed by the mediator before incurring/billing the same.
