NOTE: I typically do not accept cases involving pro se/unrepresented parties. If there are any such parties involved, please contact me BEFORE scheduling on this website.

Half-day Mediation (Rates Effective 1/1/2027)
$750 per party (ZOOM)/ $800 (SA/Austin live/hybrid)/ $900 per party (out of area live/hybrid)

Full-day Mediation
$1500 per party (ZOOM)/ $1600 (SA/Austin live/hybrid)/ $1800 per party (out of area live/hybrid)

The mediation fees listed above include the mediation session and include preparation time to review a reasonable amount of materials. Some cases may involve review of voluminous materials and/or pre-mediation meetings. In those instances, the mediator reserves the right to request additional fees, but will do so only with the agreement with the involved party(ies). Any additional costs will be disclosed by the mediator before incurring/billing the same.
